REVIEW: SUPERDRUG VITAMIN E SKIN CARE

As someone with troublesome skin, I am always on the hunt for my next holy-grail product. Although it seems contradictory to constantly call new items 'holy-grail', certain products and certain ingredients simply stop being as effective on me over time.

Having recently had a skin consultation and one course of microdermabrasion (let me know if you'd like a post on this), I have realised that my skin needs more hydration, nourishment and use of more gentle products. Hence, testing out this Superdrug range!

DIY Side Stripe Jeans (Joni Jeans Dupe!) - TREND

As I am sure you're all aware, side stripe jeans have been everywhere for a while now. From rainbow stripes to plain block colours, these strips of fun can be seen on just about any article of clothing. Trousers and jeans, however, have been particularly popular. If you're anything like me you'll love jumping on quirky new trends! However, my biggest issue has been the increase in price between ordinary jeans and side stripe ones especially when it can easily be made at home!

LUSH Cosmetics Skin Care Routine - Acne Prone Skin

Working for Lush within this past year or so has meant that I've  been able to test out lots (and lots!) of the products that I perhaps wouldn't usually. It also means that I can share my Lush Sales Assistant wisdom to anyone reading as well as my own experiences with the products - specifically the skin care.

Review: Bourjois - Rouge Edition Velvet, 07 Nude-ist

Annoying piece of hair ruining the aesthetic of the photo.....

I think I've decided to set out my blog posts a little differently, what with it being the new year and all, it's probably about time I started making some fresh, positive changes. You may or may not have also noticed the new 'lick of paint' I have given my blog. Let me know what you think!

Bourjois Matte finish lipglosses - a god send. If you're looking for a hybrid between a matte gloss (the oxymoron and general irony isn't lost on me), and a long wearing lipstick - this is it. The product lasts a solid 6 hours with little wearing at the corners; not to mention the fact that you can drink, eat and lick your lips to your heart's content, without overly damaging the look of the product on your lips. Fab.

At around £8 this little beauty is a bargain from the heavens, if there was ever such a thing.

Let me know if you've tried these Velvet glosses and if there are any shades you're particularly inlove with, I know for me it has to be this and 02.

Till' next time,
